FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Professor Olugbenga Olawale Eweoya, MBBS, MSc, PhD, MBA, FRAI (UK), is a distinguished physician, academic, healthcare administrator, and medical entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in clinical practice, academia, public service, and healthcare leadership.
He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Agape Biomedical Clinic Ltd., Kuje, Abuja, established with a vision to advance accessible, modern, compassionate, and patient-centred healthcare in Nigeria. His leadership is anchored on clinical excellence, integrity, empathy, professionalism, and innovation.
Professor Eweoya has practised medicine in public and private hospitals within and outside Nigeria and holds advanced qualifications in Anatomy and Business Administration. He has also undertaken specialized training in Diagnostic Ultrasound, Reproductive Health, HIV Care, Gender-Based Violence Management, and Family Medicine.
Before establishing Agape Biomedical Clinic, he served as Director of Medical Services at the Headquarters of the Nigeria Immigration Service and as a Lecturer and Head of Department in several federal, state, and private institutions. His extensive experience has given him a distinctive perspective on clinical medicine, medical education, healthcare administration, and institutional development.
A committed contributor to professional medicine, Professor Eweoya is a member of the Nigerian Medical Association and several international professional associations. He is a Fellow of the Royal Anthropological Institute of Great Britain and Ireland (FRAI) and a former Council Member of the British Society for Reproduction and Fertility. He also previously served as Chairman of the Continuing Medical Education Committee of the FCT Branch of the Nigerian Medical Association.
He is a former Secretary of the FCT Branch and former National Assistant Secretary-General of the Association of Nigeria Private Medical Practitioners (ANPMP). He currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Nigerian Journal of General Practice, contributing to the advancement of medical scholarship, professional development, and evidence-based practice.
Through his leadership of Agape Biomedical Clinic, Professor Eweoya continues to champion a healthcare philosophy that combines medical expertise with compassion, dignity, and personalized patient care, with the vision of building a trusted institution distinguished by excellence in healthcare delivery.
